Bed and Breakfast in Barnes is located in Leconfield Avenue, a quiet cul-de-sac with no parking restrictions. It is always possible to find parking close by, however it is a small narrow road and it is not always possible to park directly outside our house. 

The house is just a seven minutes from Barnes Station, which is a 20 minutes overground train ride to Waterloo Station in Central London's South Bank, with the National Theatre, Festival Hall, Hayward Gallery and the famous Tate Modern, as well as the London Eye just minutes away. From Waterloo it is a short walk or bus ride to get to the Houses of Parliament, Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden, Oxford Street and all the major attractions.

The 33 bus (which runs 24 hours a day) stops at the end of Leconfield Avenue taking you to Hammersmith (10 minutes) for the underground trains - District, Piccadilly and Hammersmith and City Lines, (Piccadilly 20 minutes and Heathrow 40 minutes, Harrods 15). Hammersmith, provides easy access to some of the most famous tourist attractions and elegant shopping areas in London, including Knightsbridge. As well the South Kensington Museums including the Natural History Museum and Science Museum, ideal for both children and their parents.

Buses also stop here for Richmond, Putney, Roehampton. You can go directly to Wimbledon and the All England Tennis Club in less than 20 minutes. Roehampton University is a five minutes ride.

The National Tennis Centre in Priory Lane is just a five munutes walk, as is the Priory Hospital.
